All Athletes will need current, completed Sports Physical AND Athletic Compliance Form on file in order to participate in the first game of the season.

  • May 2023 we will conduct Sports Physicals for our returning student athletes who will be in the 6th through 12th grades for the SY23-24. More info to follow soon on specific date and time.
